About Us

At Trinity Baptist Church (TBC) it is our desire to grow in love for God, to grow in love for our brothers in Christ and to grow in love for the lost of this world. With Jesus Christ as our head and in the power of the Holy Spirit we are accomplishing this through Worship, Instruction, Fellowship, Evangelism and Service.

Worship

Sunday morning Worship at TBC flows from our love for God and our gratitude for His infinite love and mercy for us. Worship reflects our heartfelt adoration and praise to our Lord and Savior. Through God-centered music, both hymns and contemporary worship songs, we sing of the supremacy of God, the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.

Instruction

Instruction at TBC comes from many of the gifted teachers God has put into our body, and is for the purpose of equipping the saints for the work of service. On Sunday morning this takes place through expository preaching, while during the week it happens in various small groups, bible studies and prayer meetings.

Fellowship

Through consistent loving Fellowship we encourage and build one another up. Each Sunday morning the service is followed by a fellowship meal. This is one of the primary ways we build the “iron sharpening iron” relationships that carries over into the week. The value we place on personal relationships is reflective of the unity God desires in the body of Christ.

Evangelism

Evangelism flows from our times of worship and instruction. Jesus came to seek and save those who are lost. As a church we have been called to do the same. At TBC we believe that each member of the body of Christ has been uniquely gifted and called to be a witness wherever God has placed them and it is the church’s responsibility to train and commission each other into His service. We believe that evangelism is the responsibility of every member of the body of Christ.

Service

Service at TBC is driven by two verses, Matthew 20:28 ”...the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve…” and James 1:27 “Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.” We will make it a priority to respond to our community and ultimately the world with acts of kind service that are fitting for those who claim Jesus as their Savior and Lord.
